Delivery
All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for international deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) for orders under £50 is £2.00

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) for orders under £50 is £3.00

Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.
Returns
It is very important to us that you are happy with your new gear, with that in mind we will always try our best to accept any item returned to us should it not fit, or not be quite what you were expecting. If you do wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1) Drop an email to thebigfish@barracudabay.co.uk, including your order number and the issue with the product.
2) Return Items to the following address below:

Please also include a note containing your order number, full name and clear written exchange instructions (include style/size preference).
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:
OUR POLICY

Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase. Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.

Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must: be unworn & unwashed; have all tags attached; and have no stains or strong odours.

Sale items can only be exchanged for an item of the same value. If this cannot be achieved, a refund will be issued.

Returns that do not include an order number at the very least, will be returned to sender.

We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. Barracuda Bay is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
